It worked, to an extent, but I was miserable as I didn't like the food that I was eating and didn't feel well physically. I'd like to lose a bit of weight again and just read Paige Stonebryar's guide to losing weight in 30 days. This is a much better guide to rapid weight loss as she goes through specifically what has worked for her with regards to diet, exercise and even motivational tips. Well worth the read and I am putting these ideas to work for me.
