1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Take care of diabetes through your diet By Aeris Schuck Quite a long read, but it covers more than just recipes for type 2 diabetes. The author's own testimonial backed by photos of his physical improvement is inspiring and motivating. Don Orwell offered great advice, having experienced the improvements himself. I had to point out though that at the time I read this book, some images are not showing and is replaced by a camera icon instead. I know this can be taken care of by future edits. The book is well written, enough to be easily understood and followed. The recipes are with pictures too and they look yummy. Very good book. It's a long read but well worth it. Recommended.

By V_ZOBEL My sister got this book for my mom.We,all the siblings are collecting recipe books for the family members depends of the health conditions we are having.This book helps the whole family to have a safe food especially to my mom who has type 2 diabetes.And my mom already tried some of the recipes from this book and all of us really enjoyed the taste and I can tell that it is so healthy and delicious.

This book tells all about how your food is either good for you or bad for you and what to avoid. I read it through and found a lot of good information in it. This is one for the shelf to refer to again and again. Recommended.
