Let me give you the tip of the iceberg by telling you it's the point when alcoholism becomes a major problem in your and the people in your direct environment. We all know that drinking too much alcohol damages your organs and will lead to a weaker functioning of the brain and feeling"crap" day in and day out, which wil ead to other bad things. This book covers everything from recognizing your problem to actually solving your problem. If you know someone who is an alcoholic, get this book, read it and use the strategies that are prescribed in this book or get a second copy and give it to the person. I'm highly surprised by the information in the book. Awesome read and I recommend it.

But when it is misused, alcohol can do more overall harm than any other drug in the world....Having said that, my cousin has been overusing alcohol and it hurts me to see him like this as it's damaging his career and social circle!I got his book to get some primary stage help to figure out what condition he is in or what help should I seek. Author Rock Bankole has helped me a lot through this book and thankfully, i got to know that my cousin is just in the initial stage of alcohol abuse...However, this book has a lot of options mentioned to cure and treat alcoholism and addiction. From alcohol treatment programs to alcoholic support groups, prevention, self-help and professional help etc...I'm considering the tips and guides provided in this book to help my cousin prevent from alcohol abuse..I got this book for free and I wouldn't have regretted if this would have cost me some money...Totally worth it :)

This book gave a plausible differentiation of alcoholism, addiction and social drinking. It helped me to see myself and identify my limitation in alcohol. The chapter about the effect of alcohol in the brain is well researched and presented. Finally, Rock gave an actionable advise on how to overcome this problem by yourself or with medical help.I find it helpful and informative. After quoting some vivid points on this book to my friend especially the negative effects of alcohol on health, he is convinced to make change to save his life and his family. It is hard but the author make it seem attainable! Thank you!
