By Harry and Dawn Meade I had seriously been down in the weeds recently on the whole gym/weight loss/diet thing, and this book got me to take a step back and re-evaluate what I was doing. It takes many different things and boils them down to the point of "Duh, why didn't I think of that?", which in this increasingly micro-managed society we all need from time to time. I will be recommending this to anyone who has the slightest interest.Harry

However, Mr. Frank's book has opened my eyes to how to lose the weight I have been trying to lose for years and keep it off. While simultaneously helping me change my lifestyle for the better. I can't thank him enough for writing this book.
