Lovely Recipes for Healthy Weight Loss By Dak Kelly This is a nice collection of green smoothie recipes for those who seek an effective weight loss program that does not put a strain on your health. I found it to be a great companion for dieters who want to lose a few inches and pounds while enjoying their journey to a healthy body. The book contains several different green smoothie recipes that incorporate only greens and fruits, those that use non-dairy milk and yogurt and grain-filled mixes for an indulgent way of losing weight with green smoothies. Each recipe also offers recipe variations and a note explaining the weight loss benefit. I also loved that Brittany Hill also talks about all the key ingredients used to make the reader better understand why each fruit or vegetable is ideal for losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I found this to be very helpful with alot of new ideas to start a healthier lifestyle. I now feel better prepared to open my mind to infinite new tasted recipes and useful tips. This eBook will give me a lot of options n getting healthy.

I love broccoli and spinach and I have wondered what they would taste like in a smoothie, after reading this book, I think that might just be my dinner tonight. I found the book packed full of great information and the author was very knowledgeable on this subject. I love the recipes that Ms. Hill has included and I have copied them all. I think adding the different fruit to the smoothie with your green veggis is the way to go. I really liked that the author has shared her tips and tricks that she has learned as well.

I occasionally make myself a smoothie but not always a green one. The recipes included in this book are very interesting and promise to be full of flavor. Smoothies can be used as meal replacements or as a snack. Mixing various greens give you a wide variety of flavors that will help you to overcome cravings and help in weight loss as well. I am looking forward to trying some of new recipes myself as most of these have ingredients that I usually have on hand.
