Great resource on anti-inflammatory foods By Albert Gonzalez This is one of those books that you must have if you are at all interested in an anti-inflammatory diet. It is very well written and covers everything you need to know to start eating right. It starts out by explaining what chronic inflammation is and how it starts to develop in the body. It also covers the different factors that play a major role like stress and diet. It then explains how to take the appropriate step to eliminate it. It has some really great recipes and even a 5 day meal plan. Very resourceful, highly recommended.

By Bea Lexie Since Inflammation is one of the most irritating, painful and uncomfortable conditions, we must know the right diet to take when we are always prone to inflammation. This is where this great book comes in. It has a of essential info on what to do about this condition. It presented the best way to cope with it, the types of foods that cause it, the advantages of following an anti-inflammation diet, and of course the amazing recipes to prevent as well as resist inflammation. And if there is one thing that I truly appreciate the most, it is the fact that this book did not preach or instructed readers what to do. But it has suggested, based on facts, how to undergo a steady and gradual change in order to fight against chronic inflammation.

I love the way the author organized the information, putting first, information about chronic inflammation as a way of introduction, explaining how it develops, and most importantly, discussing the relationship between inflammation and stress.It is a well organized book
