One thing about being a personal trainer is very evident, people really do take you into their confidence, and really do tell you the funniest, strangest, and most personal things you could ever imagine, some of which you really don’t want to know in the first place! Being a personal trainer at times can feel like certain clients are using you as a cheap version of a counselor by telling you all their problems and personal issues. So one thing is for sure, you have to be a good listener to stay successful in this profession. Generally speaking being a personal trainer is a very satisfying and rewarding job when it comes to helping people improve their fitness, after all, it’s not just their performance in the gym you are helping, but rather their total lifestyle of being healthy. They feel better in everyday life, like less stressful at work, and many times at home too. So all in all, you are helping people feel better about themselves physically, and mentally too. However, like all jobs personal training can have its ups and downs. With that thought in mind here`s a collection of 65 short stories, actually some of the most memorable short true stories I have experienced in my time as a personal trainer.

Interesting and Very Useful lessons for Every One By Mia Johnson The diaries of a personal trainer by Nigel Taylor is a very interesting book and it is highly useful for physical trainers as well. This includes incidents he faced in form on short stories and these are highly interesting and you have lot to learn from them.Inspired by the documentary tv programme 'Pumping Iron' the author becomes a gym rat and he buys plastic sand filled weight lifting equipment. He starts attending a real gym and motivated by the 'no pain-no gain' he over trains himself. Soon understanding that he needs to cut back he starts gym training along with correct form , nutrition cardio and martial arts. Moved from England to Texas he becomes a personal trainer and starts working in Brian's gym. With unexpected drama he experienced he moves to a new gym."I don't claim to know everything, but from my own experiences and mistakes I feel that I'm qualified to offer some serious advice."That is the stamina that anyone should have and it shows how confident he is.The book contains qualities that you have to improve being a personal trainer and it shows how to handle clients, manage human resource and please the clients and succeed in this physical personal trainer field. If you are looking to have your body workout you should read this book and I recommend all the physical trainers to read this as well.
