It will encourage you by proving that you’re never too old to start keeping fit or lose weight. Although the exercises are geared toward people over the age of 50, it is also excellent for anyone who needs or wants a low impact exercise plan. It covered the right exercises and nutrition facts, this is an excellent book to keep!
