By Cheri Clay The world seems to be searching for the perfect Brazilian butt or bubble butt look; however, everyone wonders how to attain it for themselves. Monica has given us the perfect guide to not only getting a toned butt, but with an added bonus of working our core too. The workouts are easy and at 15 minutes make this the best doable exercise program around. I loved the exercises with the great descriptions and colorful diagrams that show the proper way to do the classics of squats, lunges, jumping jacks and more with added ones I’ve not heard of such as sun salutations creating a wonderful mix. Great are ways to building your own workouts so the exercises can be mixed up eliminating that usual boredom that comes with most daily workout programs. I really enjoyed the key takeaways for each chapter that I found useful for motivation and goal setting. I also can’t forget to mention Monica’s exceptional list of snacks of fruits and vegetables that are not only yummy, negative calories, but won’t break the bank while grocery shopping. Overall an excellent guide to attaining that all perfect butt!!

The tips and workout regimens are really easy to follow and there are even diagrams at the end of each workout description. Plus, Ramirez even gives you tips on foods to eat that will help develop your rear. Pretty awesome helpful book. I would recommend it to anyone looking to work on their rear end!
