Keeps pelvis spine and legs at a comfortable angle to specific exercises.This is a well written book, which make you think about why the back pain has started rather than treat the back pain.I've taken on board some of the tips and they seem to be working. I'll let you now if this persists.I'd recommend this to anyone with a family member who has a history of a bad back as it written with good advice and effective solutions.It's June 2015 now, I'll update the review later in the year to advise how I'm getting on.

Simple long term solutions to relieving back pain By Anthony Guarino I have learned a lot from this book about how I should be maintaining good posture on a daily basis. It is well written with great advice. The images and diagrams help me understand visually about how my back functions and what habits I should be changing in my life to relieve my back pain. I actually bought a special ergonomic chair earlier in the year but now I will get rid of it after understanding that too much support is actually killing my back muscles. I don’t like it but it makes sense! I will also change my memory foam mattress for a harder bed and stop buying cheap shoes. I will update my post over the next 6 months.
