This is one of the best books that I have read on the topic of super foods, and one of the best I have read on healthy eating in general! What I really like about it is its usefulness. It also gives quite a bit of detail on why these foods are beneficial to your well-being. I already Read several weight loss books. This one is the best. It treats the source of weight gain and cholesterol and diabetes problems. This book should be compulsory reading in every school. I'll give it a 5 because I didn't know this much information when I got into the health circle only if I were to know of this book before I would have been better in overall health. I learned more that is what is important in the end.

In this book I have learned the benefits of starting a detox diet, how it works, and what is the right type of detox diet that I should have. Nowadays keeping our health checked at all times is important because indeed health is our wealth and detox dieting is just a good start for this. I liked the conversational tone in this book which made me understand all ideas that the author conveyed. Superfoods are considered healthy to our body because they are packed with nutrition, vitamins and minerals. Superfoods help in detoxifying, digestion, metabolism and even to achieve a younger look and wrinkles free skin. There are some benefits of superfoods mentioned in this book, actually a lot of those benefits! There are superfoods for naturally glowing and youthful skin and appearance. Vegetables and fruits are considered superfoods. This is such an informative book. Very nice.
