A Great Thyroid Diet Do's and Don't's Book By Retired Techie I found this to be a great little book with lots of helpful info for anyone with Thyroid issues and especially, which foods to eat and which to avoid.But, I also ended up with questions, or a bit of a dilemma. Being an 'over 50' male, I also have low Testosterone issues and have read books on that which also list foods to eat and to avoid. The 'dilemma' is that both books list some foods to avoid that the other book says to eat. I started to build a list in my mind of which are okay for both, but it seems to be a bit short. Maybe we need an expert to publish a book for us guys that covers both T and Low-T challenges.
