Thorough explain on the basic concepts and fully explain with detail. Running technique is something I definitely need help with, and that's what this book is all about. In some ways, it's like a guide for running geeks! It is great for the beginning runner, and it is an excellent guide that includes drills, exercises, etc. Highly recommend this one if you want to incorporate running to your life style.
