5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. Love it! By James I was a little skeptical when looking for a weight loss book, because let’s face it – there are so many of these things out there. But nothing had worked for me before, so I decided to give it a go. And you know… at the end of the day, the proof is in the pudding. Which is to say that it totally worked!! After 14 days I lost 13 pounds, which was exactly what this book told me it would. Although, I don’t think it’s fair to call it a book, because it’s more like a program that I can use again and again, whereas a book is more something that you read once. And in terms of being able to use it over and over, it’s got nothing but the essential steps, broken down into neat sections that are easy to refer to. I cannot recommend this book enough!

By Chris I'm usually all in for minimalism, and to avoid excess of information, and I have found this little guide to be exactly what I needed. Everything is laid out in the perfect spots, with extreme simplicity and clarity, making this 2 week diet plan one of the quickest and easiest I've had the chance to see around. I'm also not excessively overweight but that's the best part of this book I guess, it's for everyone! From people who really need to lose weight , to the ones that just need a healthy meal plan.Higlhly recommended!

The best part is that the weight loss will continue if you decide to add another 14 days or more, as long as you decide to stick with it.This ebook contains both long and short-term strategies that will help you, no matter what kind of dieter you are, the custom and reusable 14-day Flash Diet menu and step-by-step directions for quick weight loss, food guide, recipes, and tips to help before and after the program.What I loved about this book, aside for the fast drop in weight is the fact that I can eat pretty much what I like. I don’t have to give up my favorite food. I viewed this as more of a lifestyle change for the better rather than a diet. Most diets—especially fad diets—last for a short amount of time and once you’re finished, you find yourself falling back into the same old bad eating habits. This doesn’t seem to be the case with The Flash Diet.I also appreciated the recipe section and the meal plan. When I am starting a new eating plan, I like to see what the meals are—it helps when it’s time to visit the supermarket and purchase the food for the week.If you’re looking for a change in overall health and eating habits, instead of just a “diet,” this is the plan you need.
