I had heard about probiotics and prebiotics, but did not really understand much about them. The author’s simple, easy to understand style of writing was very helpful. I like the fact that she broke down the causes and the symptoms of a messed up digestive tract, quite informative. I did not know that certain fermented foods were considered super foods and are good for you. If you are having digestive problems and need to lose some pounds, this is definitely a book that you need to read. Packed full of very useful information.

I read the entire book, and the information is, at best, vague. There are no recommendations regarding how to balance the microbes in your gut, not suggestion of types or amounts of supplements, NOTHING. I wish I would have spent this $3 on coffee! What a waste. Do yourself a favor, save your money and do not buy this book.

Wonderful book for weight loss By Amazon Customer Ketogenix diet is a diet that is characterized by intake of low carb, high fat, and moderate protein. It is designed to achieve a metabolic state that is referred to as ketosis. This diet is good for certain medical conditions but today most people go for it to help them in their fat loss endeavors. This book called Ketogenic Diet for Weight Loss is written by Matthew Foleman and it contains many delicious recipes that are also nutritious. I followed the recipes and instructions given in the book for about a month and easily shed nearly 5 kilos of bodyweight. Recipes described in the book are easy to prepare and really mouth watering. I would certainly recommend this book to my friends who are desperate to lose some of the bodyweight.

It's a very good resource for the beginner or people that are totally new to cooking. Many of the recipes are very basic, such as telling you how to scramble eggs or make deviled eggs (most people already know how to make these things, unless they've never been in a kitchen). There are a some slightly more creative recipes, such as making a Asian-style peanut sauce to serve over noodles, there's a good recipe for Peanut Butter Fat Bombs, how to make Keto Mayonnaise, among others. There is no nutritional information provided, not even net carbs, which makes choosing a dish to cook more difficult since even people on ketogenic diets have different carb tolerance levels.The end of the book contains some useful meal plans, which beginners might find particularly helpful. I'm glad this was free and I know it will help some people, but for me it was too basic to be of much use.

As more and health-conscious people emerge, they have started to adapt to the Ketogenic diet, one that is devoid of sugar. The book speaks about the Ketogenic diet and how it can help you to lose weight by eating a much healthy food compliment. The way to go about doing it is quite detailed, something that I appreciate in the book. There is also mention of an Eastern system of medicine that is also good for detoxing. But you will have to get the book to find out all about it and the Ketogenic diet.The book is laid out in an understandable and comprehensive manner. The lay man will have no trouble understanding what needs to be done to stay healthy by means of this diet.

By Bless Their Hearts Mom This book has 84 pages that range from practicing solo letters, to the entire alphabet, to days of the weeks, months and more. Also included are short stories to copy and blank pages for your child to make up their own story, and illustrate with their own drawing! With most school districts cutting OUT cursive writing all together (SIGH the kids nowadays are SO short changed), it is SO important for parents to help their kids work on their cursive writing at home.This workbook is a fun way to complete a small amount of practice every other day, and help build up a child's confidence in writing in cursive. It is also effective for homeschoolers, wanting to use it to help teach the letters. I truly cannot believe you get SO many pages, for such and inexpensive cost. You could even buy 3 books and get a whole school year's worth of practice from them, by simple having your child think of new words to write for the stories (like changing blue to yellow, cow to dog, etc) and still keep the books relevant and your kids involved.. If there is one workbook you get for your kids, be sure to pick this one up and help your child learn the subject they are being short changed on! We can't recommend it enough!I received this product for free for review, but all opinions are my own.

By Bubby's Mommy Currently, my son is too young to use this book but I am in the process of hoarding homeschool materials and when I had the opportunity to receive this book I was super excited. I feel that knowing how to write in cursive has many benefits and a lot of traditional schools do not teach it, but I definitely want my son to learn.This book is absolutely amazing from cover to cover. It covers individual letters, the alphabet as a whole, words, sentences, and has creative outlets as well. On the pages with the sentences, there are also corresponding images for my son to color after he is done with his writing. I think this will benefit most children because boredom seems to find smaller children a lot faster than older ones. In the back of the book, there are pages for your child to create their own stories, and pages solely for practicing their cursive writing. Overall, I am very, very happy with this product and would recommend it to both homeschooling parents, and those with children in public school.*I received this product for free or at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. My 3rd grader is no longer taught cursive in school, I completely do NOT agree with that choice we are decided that we would teach them to write it at home. After all- what happens when no one writes in cursive any more? How are they to sign their names? Or read historical documents? So this book is how we are doing it. It covers everything from the basics of the curves to how to hold your pencils correctly. This is well worth every penny! I will be buying this again for our younger children when the time comes for them to learn how to write in cursive as well.I can't rave enough great things about this work book!!!* I paid full price for this workbook, I wanted to disclose that since I do a lot of reviews.

Alongside his son Thor, Odin is one of the best known Norse gods, and it's often easy to forget that he was once at the heart of a pantheon devoutly worshiped by millions of Europeans. Odin has numerous names and titles (over 200 by one account), but his best known title is "The All-Father," the co-creator of Earth ("Midgard"), humanity and all of the creatures that inhabitant this world. He is also, importantly, the god of prophecy, ecstasy, and poetry, all roles that were closely connected in the Norse world.

Odin was a god of life and death as well, and was famous for taking the souls of warriors who died in combat back to his realm of Valhalla. This role was tied to his position as a god of war, a position that does not perhaps seem obvious to a modern reader for a god of knowledge and wisdom. By Singing Lemur As an avid fan of folklore and myth, I had hoped to really learn some rich and unusual information from a detailed book on Odin. Didn't happen, I'm afraid. It is short too. (I read it in Kindle format). Might work for someone who knows nothing about the subject, but the writing style is such that it wouldn't inspire further research. I believe the currently popular descriptive term would be -meh-.

We have all of the books for when our grandchildren come to visit. Both my mother and father were involved with the aerospace industry (with my father working for NASA) and my mother actually building the electrical components that went into many spacecraft. Because of our family history, I jumped to pre-order Bizzy Bear Space Rocket.In the cute story, Bizzy Bear and his friend rabbit take a space trip and land on another planet. The trip starts with boarding the rocket and shows the journey, too, so it is the whole trip.My grandson is enjoying the book. It has his favorite activities from see-saw motions to twirls to a fun pull out "blast-off". The whole series is one of his favorites and each time he comes to visit, he sits down and has Nana read through the books with him before he takes over for all the fun activities.

Every other page has an activity for your child to do; they can blast off to the moon, look at whats in space from the pilot's seat, bump around on the moon, rocket through the Earth's atmosphere out into space and more! The pages and very thick, perfect for toddlers.

Her story telling abilities blow me away with their originality and colorful characters and leave me waiting impatiently for the next installment. Get crackin Juellen Nelson...I am on the edge of my seat for you to dazzle me once again.

Great dark fantasy By TFLReader I love a good dark fantasy series and particularly one that is going to string me along for many books, allowing me to get invested in the characters and their trials. I have to admit that the description of this one made me think that I might need a diagram to keep all of the characters straight but that didn't turn out to be the case at all as I was sucked into the story and each one of these amazing creatures as they moved between worlds in what has become an uncivilized existence. Think "The Avengers" but in a fantasy realm. This is a great series that is very well developed and doesn't disappoint for even a second. Looking forward to the next installment.

Shifu Hagood has been living in China and documenting all South Mantis branches. This is a book on The Yang Clan and Huizhou Mantis.Great photos and description of training empty handed as well as using apparatus and staff.For all South Mantis practitioners, this is another book for your collection.
