Wonderful book for weight loss By Amazon Customer Ketogenix diet is a diet that is characterized by intake of low carb, high fat, and moderate protein. It is designed to achieve a metabolic state that is referred to as ketosis. This diet is good for certain medical conditions but today most people go for it to help them in their fat loss endeavors. This book called Ketogenic Diet for Weight Loss is written by Matthew Foleman and it contains many delicious recipes that are also nutritious. I followed the recipes and instructions given in the book for about a month and easily shed nearly 5 kilos of bodyweight. Recipes described in the book are easy to prepare and really mouth watering. I would certainly recommend this book to my friends who are desperate to lose some of the bodyweight.

This e-book was free, so I can't complain. It's a very good resource for the beginner or people that are totally new to cooking. Many of the recipes are very basic, such as telling you how to scramble eggs or make deviled eggs (most people already know how to make these things, unless they've never been in a kitchen). There are a some slightly more creative recipes, such as making a Asian-style peanut sauce to serve over noodles, there's a good recipe for Peanut Butter Fat Bombs, how to make Keto Mayonnaise, among others. There is no nutritional information provided, not even net carbs, which makes choosing a dish to cook more difficult since even people on ketogenic diets have different carb tolerance levels.The end of the book contains some useful meal plans, which beginners might find particularly helpful. I'm glad this was free and I know it will help some people, but for me it was too basic to be of much use.

As more and health-conscious people emerge, they have started to adapt to the Ketogenic diet, one that is devoid of sugar. The book speaks about the Ketogenic diet and how it can help you to lose weight by eating a much healthy food compliment. The way to go about doing it is quite detailed, something that I appreciate in the book. There is also mention of an Eastern system of medicine that is also good for detoxing. But you will have to get the book to find out all about it and the Ketogenic diet.The book is laid out in an understandable and comprehensive manner. The lay man will have no trouble understanding what needs to be done to stay healthy by means of this diet.
