By Ina Bennett Okay, so lucid dreaming is actually knowing that you are asleep and dreaming at the moment; while in regular dreams, we're unaware of what's happening until we wake up and then eventually remember what happened while we're asleep. Now this is confusing. But what is interesting is that we can control what happens to our dreams when we are in the lucid dreaming stage. We can dream about anything or anyone that we want to!Overall, this is an interesting book. It has made me understand what lucid dreaming is and how it differs from regular dreaming and from astral projection. Although I still can't figure out how to be aware that I am having a lucid dream! This is really interesting! I can't put it down the moment I started reading it. Although the author said the entire process is actually long, I think lucid dreaming is worth trying.

I think that everybody who had that experience want to recreate it, it is just incredible.I heard that there are techniques to improve your chances of lucid dreaming. I picked up this book to see what it is all about. I realize that there are no guaranteed methods to start lucid dreaming, but I am already implementing some of them from the book in my daily routine, like meditation and dream journaling. The book is good, it explains popular myths about lucid dreaming and offer some advice on how to behave in your lucid dream when you finally get it. I hope that I will experience that again soon with a help of this useful book.

Control your own dreams By Cindy Gonzales I am really fascinated with dreams, especially since it is usually an alternate reality where in that dream, you become what you wanted to be or you’re with the person who you’ve wanted for a long time. And to know that you could control your dream when experiencing lucid dreaming is great news for me. I also enjoyed learning about when lucid dream was first acknowledged because I just love this topic. The author gave pointers on how to recognize lucid dreaming so that you would be able to control it once you’ve experienced this phenomenon.
