Calum has devoted a good part of his life to the practice of this art, and his handling of the subject matter is testimony to his achievements as a fighter and a journeyman toward a higher way of living. I highly recommend this book.

My interest in the topic lead me to Calum's book with the hope of exploring Tai Chi. He explains things in simple terms. Can't wait to read more. I see he has another book that I'll probably buy too.
