I have had such a long history of overeating/binge eating and this book has been heaven sent!! I felt like I had a mentor standing right over me, guiding me through all my internal issues that has lead me to continually binge eat - reading through this book. I also really enjoyed the chapter which dives into the importance of sleep, it was a really big eye opening moment. It was something so simple, but something that I overlooked so much!! This book has a lot of practical steps to help you overcome binge eating like I did, as well as just becoming more mindful of what you consume and the deep reasons as to why you do. 5 stars!!

This happens to me, if I am stressed I eat if I am sad I eat, by reading this guide I realize in what I have to put more attention to control my eating impulses. Well done, useful guide to help us to be under control.
