By Albert Gonzalez With so many different forms of meditation being promoted, it was always very hard for me to know how to get started. A friend of mine recommended Vipassana meditation a while back, but it didn't really peak my interest. Until I read this book. And boy, am I glad I did. This is such a great read for anyone looking to get started with meditation but who doesn't know where to start. It turns out, Vipasssana meditation is universal, which means that it is not based on any one religious belief. In fact, it has nothing to do with religion. I love the easy to follow techniques explained in this book that anyone could start using immediately. Highly recommended!
