Fantastic book by the author By Mark Starr Fantastic book by the author, providing great help, knowledge and guidance to real food and distance yourself forever from those "nasty monsters" that invade the supermarket. Eli Turner does a great job guiding you in making your eating time a proper nourishment time with foods that are natural, fresh and organic.But this is not your typical Paleo Diet cookbook, you'll see what I mean. Read it and enjoy yourself the life-long benefit of saying ADIOS to junk. Trust me.

My family always made it's meals from scratch including fresh vegetables and fruits from the garden. It was of course fortunate to have a garden orientated mother who insured there was always something good coming out of the garden plot. Anyway what Eli says is that we need to resort to good food, less processed and balanced. This little book gives up some easy breakfast offerings anyone can give a go. Definitely worth a try. Keep in mind food matters and this in turn measured with exercise should be a five star value. The book is easy to read and understand. It makes no claims outside of straight forward facts on what matters in our diet. Most of us lost those values and this puts everything back on the table.

I've just tried the Coconut Pancakes from this book and they taste really good!. I think these dishes are very do-able and next on my list is the Strawberry-Buttermilk Quinoa. If you're like me keen on trying out different recipes, give it a shot!
