This book helped me showing the right way to loose fat.This book is actually a guidebook explaining how low carb diet can benefit our health and then how to change our eating pattern. It also includes some low carb diet plans. There is also a chapter dedicated to explain the need of physical exercise besides controlled low carb diet. If implemented regularly, this book can actually lead you to fat loss.

I'd say the information on the diet is fairly basic but it will give you many food ideas so that you aren't completely lost when starting a low carb diet. Get this book for the recipes is my recommendation. They look tasty!
