The author, an obvious authority on the subject, relays the information in a dense and succinct manner devoid of fillers that plague so many other guides. Also, the common mistakes to avoid in Chapter nine was an illuminating work that changed my paradigm regarding eating, especially when it comes to good fats.In summary, this is a stellar guide that is sure to remain a reference in my personal library for a long time to come.
