I felt like I was listening to a close friend who has been through something that I could learn from and has a great sense of humor in describing his ordeal of discovery and ability of taking back control of what he could and what he couldn't...how to give it to God.This book, even though it mainly describes a Biblical approach to overcoming one form of addiction, I feel it can be applied to many other addictions just as well, using the same principles. Even if you don't have a particular addiction to battle this book is a great help in maintaining a good path thathelps prevent little lies and excuses from ever getting a toehold in your life to begin with.Thank you for the book, Adam Baker. I like your no-nonsense style. Hope you write some more!S. Walker

By Sam Corsaro Adam is a really close brother in Christ of mine and this book changed my perspective to be honest in every temptation.this book is powerful totally up front and convicting. It will leave you on the edge of your seat pushing limits of reality to take tatical forces of prayer and scripture to keep temptation under control.... But this book is not to be taken lightly.if you struggle reading this... Thats a good sign that it's ment for those who arnt prepared to fight every battle a man has against the flesh....
