A lot of people always think of being fit as a physical aspect but it has a mental aspect to it as well. If you remember that, that's some major motivation to get started. This book will remind you how important fitness is.

0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Glad To Read This Book By Steve Johnson I'm not sure if I can get fitness back in my life or not Physically and Mentally as well. I'm getting fat and also have stress full life since I started doing job as an Accountant. Anyways, this book gives me little hope and I like its content which seems useful and helpful as well. Although, I didn't try yet what Zac is telling in this book to get fitness but I hope it would work for me because I can see the way he use to explain it was really impressing. I'm willing to try some of the techniques which is described in this book and I would hope that, I will get fitness or at-least little overcome from the stress in couple of weeks.

As someone who loves fitness, but constantly struggles with committing to the gym everyday, I really found the information in this book helpful. In the second chapter, the author discusses the importance of interrupt patterns and how your subconscious mind responds to specificity. He goes on to say that your subconscious mind will naturally give you the resources you need to achieve your goal once you've prioritized your goal as your focus. Really solid information in this book and I would recommend it to any aspiring or experienced fitness enthusiast.
