Not Bad At All!+ By Freddie tresidder This book at first seemed like some dodgy scientology type stuff, but once I read into it after being recommended by I mate I was proven totally wrong. This accompanied by some TED talks I discovered that this sort of stuff is totally doable through simple physiology

I wanted to read it as soon as I took a look at the contents. This book help you to understand yourself and others to manipulating people into your desires, through basic psychology, both positive and negative. Provides a comprehensive update on theory and its relation to human behavior. Now, at the beginning of the book, it does tell you to take into account ethical considerations, and I read this book because I have interested in control myself in any situation of stress or where myself is involved in a bad environment and how to put away this kind of emotion and persuade and get what I want for the good.
