The exercises were a little tough at first, but got easy with time. The best part about this book is that it helped me lose weight. No kidding, it really worked for me. I believe this book to be a great book for beginners who wish to get into yoga, but don't want to pay for private teachers. You really get your monies worth.

Quite straightforward instructions, and that makes it easy to follow mostly for people who wants to learn yoga. I really enjoyed this book. This book also has good images on different types of poses and all are easy to follow. This book inspired me even more to do yoga to my daily routine.

Your recommendations are always right.Yoga has always been the most beneficial activity in addition to meditation, because let's be honest these days what most people need is to relax, forget for a moment the problems and concentrate on what really matters: health. Our work, family and home eventually exhaust ourselves and stress us out. So I think that every home should have at least one book about meditation / yoga because even the smallest can do it.This book is such a great example of good material. In it you will find from breathing techniques to the strangest positions and still very good for the body.Something that if I would like to say is that yoga is very good for weight loss too and this book will teach you techniques to achieve that. Of course I want to be like the woman on the cover but that is a bit harder: 3An amazing book, thanks Amazon.
