The over weight will ultimately leads to the many health related problems like joint pains, cardio vascular diseases and so on. If you are healthy then you can do anything actively because your mind will also remain healthy. The Atkin diet is one good option to loose the weight and stay healthy. The Author has given a detailed notes on this topic and also added many recipes. It is a must read book for everyone. I am very impressed with this book.

I enjoy reading it because all the information that I can get really hits me. I'm so in love with the diet recipes this book offers. And because I have a bad eating habit this book teaches me a lot of things, especially I eat a lot when I am stressed or depressed on something. This book is for all of us.

The key is to find a match for your body and metabolism and I think I found the one. Great explanation about Atkins, definitely doing this diet this month and crossing my fingers that I may able to maintain my desired weight.
