I have already been on a weight loss program and doing well; but this will help with the big picture and will help me keep my eyes on the goal for long term success. What an easy way to make exercise a permanent part of my life. Support, workouts, fitness tips, all great motivators that will help move me toward my fitness goals. I so enjoyed Jamie Murray's, encouragement, support, and strength to help me reach my ideal weight - and then be able to maintain it for life. Her seven motivational tips are inspirational and enlivening that I am sure they will give me that little kick I need to keep on the right track. Some benefits I am sure I will also gain include an increased in my self esteem, the confidence that I can succeed, strategies to stay motivated when I find myself losing focus and enhanced energy to do all the things I need to do. This is certainly a great guide to point me in the right direction to not only lose weight, but also improve my self-esteem. This book is a blessing! Inspirational, motivational, supportive, and beautifully insightful. I loved reading this book. It is a book that anyone can read over and over again.

This is something I have been preaching for the last year and half or two years. As one that has been struggling with their weight for sometime now, I have been able to motivate myself to get up and get out and get going. I loved reading this book because it gave me just that much more motivation to continue doing just what I been doing for the last two years. At the local gym that I am a member of I do all kind of activity that makes you get up and go, The books speaks of some of the activities I take part of. Spinning and zumba being one of them. This book also speaks of 7 tips one can ad to there day to day exercise to make things a little easy for you. Great tips for eating and many other areas to help keep you Getting up, getting out and get going. Great book.

The 7 motivators that the author has shared are like no other I have read before, very eye opening and really got me to thinking about my own motivation to lose weight and the things that I need to change or to add. I like that the author talked about rewarding yourself and how she rewarded herself every five pounds lost. I think this is so important in anyone’s weight loss journey. The tips and the strategies and the recipes the author has included are most helpful. This is a keeper for me, when I am lacking motivation, I will definitely be pulling this book back out.
