I loved how the author Elena Epps gave great detail on how to do the exercises and also why to do them; furthermore she also explained her life journey along the way and how a health scare motivated her. This eBook is geared for women; but can also be good from some men. I have been following the strength training routine and feel and look so much stronger. I will defiantly be looking for more books by this author. In this eBook I really liked the easy to follow routines for definition and fat loss and they were expertly written so as to orient the beginner with this over-looked styles for women. Any reader will also learn many of the little known benefits of strength training; which will help to build motivation and resolve. By the end of the eBook, you will have all the knowledge you need to hit the gym and begin to better yourself and loss weight.

I was one of those that always thought that weightlifting for women would cause you to get bulky and that is not in any shape or form did I want a part of. I was impressed with the way the author seemed to share it all, not just the good parts, but the ugly and not so good as well. I liked all of the exercises that the author has included in her work out routine and I plan on incorporating some of these into my own. I have learned that the lifting is more about the strengthening not only the outer you but the inner you as well and the toning more than getting big and bulky.

Working out means toning those flabby muscles and giving your body a healthy glow. Using a trainer to help keep you on track is a good way to get a dedicated workout. The trainer will challenge you to do your best and encourage you along the way as well as help in being an accountability source while on the weight loss journey, Training doesn’t have to be difficult. It just needs to be consistent. That and healthy eating will help to trim your body. Love the ideas presented here.
