All the time I would just go for the cross fit or boot camp sessions without giving a chance to yoga. Unfortunately my old back injury kept reminding about itself so eventually I had to go on an intensive chiropractor’s treatment with the prescription of yoga to strengthen my back and stretch my achy tight muscles. As I mentioned I hated yoga classes so this book was a treasure for me because it taught me simple yet effective poses which I am able to tailor for my body and my personal needs without feeling overwhelmed or ashamed of doing something wrong in the class. I notice many great changes in the way I feel about my body and cope with stress, my back is back to normal. I am positive about my choice and strongly recommend everyone to give it a try and read this book for the simple yet fun and effective yoga exercises which will change your life!

This has been getting very popular day by throughout the world. Traditional yoga has been mixed with modern names and postures with a more understandable for to people. Olivia has made good efforts with her book. I have found some of the information very helpful particularly one that about chakras and the fasting. Fasting provides the body a resting period to function properly. The process of chakra balance is a long journey though it is the basis on many Physical, mental and spiritual powers as described in ancient methodology. There is some valuable information about how to align yourself for yoga. Good read!

The first book was "Yoga: The Advanced Lessons: 30 Challenging Yoga Poses to Take Your Yoga Practice to a Whole New Level" which was a little bit too difficult for me to follow. Olivia does not talk about specific postures in this book, but provides very insightful and inspiring thoughts and tips for people practicing Yoga. Regardless of my capability to do postures, this book brought my engagement with Yoga to a new level, I guess. There are also practical tips covered in this book, among which I liked Olivia's tips about fasting.
