After all the aim of the book is to help you manage your thyroid symptoms, lose weight and increase your metabolism and therefore, the book covers thyroid imbalances, and how to correct them, along with the diet formulated for this problem. You get a list of what to eat and how to use that to lose wight which can be hard otherwise.

By Amazon Customer I have gained a lot of weight since one year, we off-late discovered that my excess weight gain was due to Thyroid problem. I found this book very helpful. It is an easy guide to those who want to understand and manage the symptoms of thyroid glands through proper diet that suits them. The recipes are simple and easy to prepare. The hard part is to focus and follow the diet. But once you stick to the diet and make a habit of it , the book will help you reach your goal towards proper thyroid functioning.

This Thyroid diet recipe book is a great guide to help better understand the problem, how to cope with it and how to eat right helping the thyroid gland to work correctly. Our thyroid gland is the key to a good working metabolism and it is our duty to watch our diet and exercise program to keep it running smoothly.
