By Mary Ann Good introduction to Tai Chi but I found that you have to follow its advice to get a good teacher (either a video or a live class) to really understand how to practice Tai Chi. While it explains a few moves, you really have to see then performed to understand them. Also, I found it hard to see the illustrations on my kindle.
