However, I consciously try to avoid working out at the gym as I firmly believe that it makes my body stiff. Instead, I prefer alternate workout regimens such as calisthenics, circuit training and high intensity interval workout to maintain peak energy levels while keeping myself fit, flexible and healthy. I had heard of pilates, but never had an exposure to this workout. Reading this book, I feel that I now have an understanding of pilates and how I can use it to keep myself fit. I will definitely include the exercises given in this book in my regular workout regimen.I would however prefer to see more exercises in the book instead of the amount of knowledge about pilates.

A great supplement to an already great exercise By Ryan Reynolds I enjoyed reading this e-book due to my new found love of pilates as a relaxing and effective exercise, not only of a physical nature but also of a mental and emotional nature, as well. This book covers all of the tiny aspects of pilates that people tend to skip over and is effective when combined with instructions of a certified pilates instructor. A must-buy for anyone who does this type of exercise on a day-to-day basis. You will gain a lot of new information.

By Cassandra Gaisford Pilates, the art of highly controlled and calculate movements, was new to me before purchasing this book. I love the fact it is not a high impact technique and am keen to make it a regular habit in my quest for supreme health.This book Contains all the information you will need to know about Pilates, and how you can get started. Detailed exercises to try, and plenty of encouragement and reminders of the need for self-care, will keep your body slim, and trim, and your spirit smiling.
