By Cathy Juntura I've been doing some of the workout excercises in this book now for a few weeks and I've started to see results, and my butts curves are starting to get a lot more round and solid. Many of the excersises in this book is easy to follow - anyone can do them really! Worth to mention though is that some of them require some equipment, but it's stuff that's either cheap to get or stuff that people usually have at home already.

The only thing that I did not like is there are not pictures of the exercises, I'm a visual person, so I need pictures, still the explanation of the exercises are very clear, that is why I gave it 5 stars! Love it!!!!

The exercises provided here are so easy that anyone could do them with no problems, and they seem to be working on me so far. Very surprised and satisfied with this book. You won't regret trying this.
