Extremely thoughtful, original and wickedly witty, too, there is something here for every one of us who require a more insightful self-observing ego, from time to time. Take the Chapter on managing our "Screw Ups." As we learn how NOT to let someone off the hook (notwithstanding how lengthy their "soooooooo sooooory,") we cannot escape our own reader mirrors and be sooooooo sooooory at how many times we, ourselves, have "screwed up." The most insightful sections (and there are many) in this artful little gem, are found when Angermann re-defines his version of "80/20" rules, pronouncing that "100% of the people are mediocre at what (we) do at least 80% of the time." I don't know about others, but this perfectionist is, quite frankly, relieved. The pressure is off, everyone! Yay - I love this book. Because it takes so little time to read and overflows with practical humor and wisdom, I've found my perfect "stocking-stuffer" gift, especially for loved ones & co-workers. BTW, does anyone out there have Letterman connections? I'd love to see Angermann "mess" with Dave ("for his own good!")

By ddwlem You don’t have to want to ‘mess with others’ to enjoy Chris Angermanns’ humor of how to do it, but you’ll want more of this craftiness by the time you get to his royal flush solution, even if you don’t play cards.“Mind Your Manners” chapter makes you shake your head and think, “It’s about time someone told us how to say that,” The two hours spent reading this book was a joy. Discussing it was even more fun. A great choice for book clubs. We’d recommend it as reading for human behavior courses too. It’s full of creative social interaction techniques for the victim of careless, annoying, and/or downright stupid human behavior. Oh, and by the way, love the example he gives on how to effectively go crazy.Ddwlem, author of IZ~ The Izzy Story: Book 1, Encounters

How to Mess with Others for Their Own Good By Rik Feeney Chris Angermann has put together an easy-reading but explosive book that takes a close look at a lot of the BS (belief systems) cluttering the world today. If you are looking for political correctness, this book is not for you. If you are looking for unique and refreshing concepts on life, don't miss the chance to read this book! ~ Rik Feeney / Writing Books for Fun, Fame & Fortune!
