My heart broke as I read that unless overweight children undergo a lifestyle change they will be overweight adults, as they will not outgrow obesity.As someone who sadly must admit that I am obese, although I struggle with diets and weight loss plans nothing seems to work. However the key is not another fad diet, but a lifestyle change. Walker has given me the answer to go back to my roots and go Paleo. We need to get away from convenience foods and this is the perfect guide to get us started. Walker does an amazing job in explaining what foods we should or shouldn’t eat. He teaches us how to get started with a less-restrictive option perfect for the beginner than onto the total lifestyle change. The recipes are delicious and surprisingly simple and won’t break the bank making this healthy lifestyle change affordable. I can’t say enough good things about this outstanding guide and I highly recommend starting today the Paleo way!
