James Dean’s art has sold in more than ninety galleries and shops across the United States. He has devoted his paintings to Pete the Cat for fifteen years and has turned his natural love for cats into his life’s work. James published his first adult book, The Misadventures of Pete the Cat, a history of his artwork, in 2006. He illustrated his first self-published children’s book, Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes, in 2008, and the follow-up book, Pete the Cat: Rocking in My School Shoes, in 2011. This is a thick heavy book that is full of fun activities and coloring! It is easy to bring out the child's imagination by following the prompts! The pages are nice and thick. I plan on giving this to my son for christmas and can not wait to see what he creates!

By CC315 This was just what my son needed and the best part it that it is some thing you can do together or alone the quality of this book is amazing the pages r thick u can use markers and there will be no bleeding throw , the words are clear and big , bold , it's been loads of fun to use / Play . It's great for boys or girls . I plan on buying one for each of my nephews .
