I particularly liked the part about understanding your body type. The book offers a lot of great educational information about fasting that I never knew but which makes a lot of sense? Who knew that fasting can actually help disease and make you healthier? I highly recommend this book to people who are interested in becoming healthier and who are interested about the topic of fasting.

However, if one is looking for a quick summary of the fasting process and its benefits, this edition would suit that need.

By Kindle Customer, BUFFALO NY Constant spelling errors, clumsy writing and terrible grammar made this "book" painfully difficult to read. The author needs a good editor. He should also learn the difference between "than" / "then" and "there" / "their".All the information in this book can be easily found on the internet, as the author apparently did. According to the only references listed, this book was written in about four days.All the references were from internet sources, but worse, he makes ridiculously absurd claims with NO references or sources, such as "fasting long enough (about 12 hours) burns away your stored fat deposits and any toxins that were hidden inside are disposed of". He also states that "if done properly fasting can have baffling effects." What!?!Overall a huge waste of time and money.
