10 of 10 people found the following review helpful. Not a 30 Day Plan By Yvonne I hate leaving bad reviews on work people put out to try and help others. I typically just put the book away and never pick it up again. However, this book was such a let down and the title so mis-leading, I had to say something.To begin, I am a 40+ woman who has battled eczema since childhood. I was clear for many years in my 20s and first half of my 30s until at 36 the birth of my 2nd child sent my skin into a never ending battle that both my dermatologist and allergist are still struggling 8 years later to keep it under control. I've been desperate to find something to provide relief from the insane itchiness and scaly skin, especially something that doesn't involve more chemicals and steroids on and in my body. I had high hopes for this book. I should have seen the flag when most of the great reviews were from people who don't have eczema themselves or hadn't tried anything in the book, but I was desperate.First off, there is no 30-day plan in this book. There are 6 chapters with very short sections in each one. Maybe the different sections add up to 30, but I'm not going to take the time to add it up, nor should I need to.Some decent recipes for ointments are included, but nothing different than what I've heard. You also don't tell a person fighting an eczema flare up to take more baths to stay hydrated. It does just the opposite, unless you are putting specific ingredients in the bath to ease certain symptoms, which she never addresses.I feel she just took info from the Web and through it in book form. Nothing original or even that helpful here for someone fighting chronic eczema. I realize it's only $3 for the Kindle version but don't waste your money.

Natural way to get rid of Eczema By Book Reads I was attracted to this book because one of my relatives has Eczema and she has tried all kinds of lotions, creams, but none of them work for a long time. The Eczema comes back a while later. This book introduces a natural way and have a step to step guide of the 30-day plan. I'll recommend this remedy to her to have a try. The book is informative and packed with all you need to know about Eczema.

It gave it's causes, symptoms and how to treat them naturally. I personally would have loved to see pictures on how the mixtures are done. It is quite empowering to see the author encourage people that hope is not lost when you have this skin condition. Give it a try and see what changes!
